WELL DONE TO THe MALAYSIAN Under-23... Gold medal that ends 20-year drought and they proved the critics wrong... Generally I am proud with the players performance!! Hopefully this will be an evolution for Malaysian football team in future.

What can I say is they belief in themselves. Problem after problem prior to Sea game and after a hurting loss to Vietnam, all of us already writen off their challenge in this campaign... Haiihhhh kecewa lagilah peminat bola sepak kt..

BUT the players didnt give up!! Last 10 minutes against Thailand was a turning point. We should praise their spirit, belief, motivation and momentum to progress to later stage and a well deserved win in FINAL...

SO FAM whats next?? I would love to see what is FAM's reaction after this great achievement... Will we see the same failure again or can we realize our ultimate dream watching HARIMAU MALAYSIA reaching Asia CUP or even World CUp finals?? Doner kebabs sold in the UK contain "shocking" levels of salt, fat and calories, a survey has concluded.

Among the kebabs sampled - without salad or sauces - the average doner contained 98% of an adult's recommended daily salt and 148% of their daily saturated fat allowance.

Researchers uncovered significant regional variations, with the average kebab in the north-west of England containing 1,101 calories, compared with 1,084 in Scotland, 1,055 in Wales and 1,066 in England's south-east.

Here is the most shocking findings. Six kebabs were found to include pork when it had not been declared as an ingredient. Two of the six were described as Halal - food or drink permitted for Muslims, which must not contain pork.

Eid Adha 10 Zulhijjah 1430...

Alhamdulillah everything went smoothly... Eid prayer being organised by Birmingham Malaysian Community.. The prayer being held at Witton Islamic Centre, Aston led by Brother Kamarulzaman and his fellow friends Ust Mad, Bro Badri and others... Me and my housemates took this opportunity to meet up Malaysian brothers in Birmingham... The Prayer started at 9am and completed by 11am..



Takbir Raya... Allahuakbar Allahuakbar Allahuakbar...


Khatib, Bro Kamarulzaman tgh baca Khutbah menyingkap sejarah pengorbanan Nabi Allah Ibrahim dan Ismail yang diuji Allah... Bila mengingati kisah perjuangan Nabi Allah Ibrahim dan Ismail menyedarkan kt bahawa besarnya pengorbanan seorang bapa dan kasihnya seorang anak merelakan dirinya dikorbankan demi mematuhi perintah Allah SWT...


Selesainya solat dan Khutbah, sesi selawat dan bermuhibah....


Mereka rasa syahdu meraikan eid adha di perantauan....
