Actions, Motives, Intentions and Willingness.

Sometimes our actions towards something is a reaction of being complacent. We always wanted to do the right thing at the right time for the right reasons. And to do the right thing with the right reasons, always keep in mind of our motives and intentions must be clear and unambiguous.

"Actions are (judged) by motives (niyyah), so each man will have what he intended. Thus, he whose migration (hijrah) was to Allah and His Messenger, his migration is to Allah and His Messenger; but he whose migration was for some worldly thing he might gain, or for a wife he might marry, his migration is to that for which he migrated."

[Al-Bukhari & Muslim]

The hadith (one of the greatest) taught our actions are undermined by our intentions - whether they are good intentions or bad intentions. To develop good intentions, there must be willingness with sincerity and knowledge. These integrated approach will make our actions much desired and ultimately parallel with our purpose of life.

Therefore we should always check our intentions before we do or say anything. We must make sure that the action is for the sake of Allah so that it is accepted by Allah and that we will be rewarded for it, insha Allah.

New update and Its World Cup fever...

ASM...

Its been a while since my last entry.... my schedule was packed with loads of assignments and exams.... Alhamdulillah everything went well even though there were some difficulties. Consistently pray to Allah for His guidance and hope for the best. Do not lose hope and keep on strengthening the faith. Everything that we are facing in our daily routine is a test from Him.. To make us stronger, to make us believe and keep us on our feet of the purpose of life.

Now, its time for World Cup (WC). The first few weeks were shocker and too many upsets created. Favorite teams like England, Spain, Italy, France and Germany were struggling to meet the expectations.

The conspiracy and controversy surrounding the France camp seems materialized . After Henry's hand of god build-up goal during the final qualifier match against Ireland that sent them through to South Africa, it was getting from bad to worse for the French. Their worst ever performance in the WC. Not only fail to proceed to the next round, France managed to find the net only once, Anelka being expelled from the team, a mouth-fighting drama in training between the captain (Evra) with the backroom staff and problems after problems. Ireland deserved the place better.

The Three Lions, after being so tremendously impressive during the qualifying campaign, were simply overrated. Despite being tipped as hot favorite to win the WC by most of the pundits, they are desperately need to find a solution to get going. Perhaps they need to change and revamp the whole system and strategy and keep together if to be the contender. Will this be the last tournament for Capello in charge of England? Just wait and see...

Spain lost their opening match against the dark horse, the Swiss by a solitary goal. Italy, the defending champion, also performing below par. Germany, after an impressive start against Australia (with a 4 nil win), were ruthless in 2nd match against Serbia.

Glad to see South Korea progressing to 2nd round, with Diego's Argentina side is the current hot candidate (with 3 win out of 3). Not to forget the Dutch and Portugal. Do not write off their challenge. It is still at early stage. The host, South Africa, was improving (they beat France 2-1) but unlucky not to get through. There are also comments and complaints from players, keepers, managers and pundits about the JABULANI ball and etc. Perhaps we may see an epic WC final between Argentina and Brazil??? This is the craziest WC ever and its a WC fever... Yihaa... Enjoy the WC moment
